By accessing or using the WhereLens service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

02 Use of Service

WhereLens provides visual intelligence and location analysis tools. You agree to use these tools only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

03 Accounts and Credits

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Free daily credits are provided at our discretion and do not roll over to the next day. We reserve the right to modify the credit allocation system at any time.

04 Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WhereLens and its licensors. You retain full ownership rights to any images you upload for analysis.

05 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WhereLens, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
